My parakeets were in their Cage outside when the wind knocked them over WHAT DO I DO!???

open the cage and put food in there and just hope that they come back. there are many dangers for a pet bird that has gotten loose.

them coming back is iffy....Put the cage outside, leave the door open, have food in there. But be prepared , you might catch a different bird. If your parakeets dont come back, I know you'll miss them but dont worry. They'll be okay. People put bird feeders all over the place, they'll find food. Someone in your area might find them and catch them, because parakeets obviously arent wild birds (In most areas). So maybe you should put an ad in the paper saying you lost your parakeets, and say what they look like. Maybe you'll get lucky and someone will find them and return them.

they might come back but after a week or so they might not come back. maybe you should leave the cage open and set food and water out in case they come back for food. other than that you might as well buy some new birds

parakeets are smart they sometimes come back...good luck
