OK, 1st off, thanks for motivating me to make my first voyage into myspace!
2nd, is that YOU playing the piano? I really liked the piano.
3rd, not to sound like Simon Cowell here, but you could improve on your voice. It sounds to me like you're singing kind of in your throat or upper chest. Breathe more deeply and fully, expanding your lungs and ribcage for resonance and I think your tone will have a more OPEN sound to it, which imo it needs. Your voice sounds just a little too "closed in on itself" for my taste, but maybe that is just your style. Loved the piano, though!

i think rhythm could be tighter
tighten it up a little by playing against a metronome .. and then make sure you loosen up / humanise it again
