I'm asking this as a Lawyer, mind you...and I know the answer based on the what the Court thinks...just want your opinions on this one.

**** no! the person who has the nerve to give her a ticket should give themselves a ticket and a kick up their own ***.

All pregnant women should be allowed in HOV lanes. Pregnant women should get a decal for the car...like handicapped folks get...but is 'prescribed' by their ob/gyn somewhere after third month of pregnancy. The decal should come with an expiration that will be after the baby is born...the woman's doctor stipulates the expiration date when prescribing the 'decal'.

yeah i think so, however if she delivers the baby on the way and keeps driving then she move into the HOV lane :) i mean the rules are for everyone no special treatment ...
god i hope this question is a joke.

No, cause the baby can technically count as another person...since the government states that a baby is only considered a person once it's been in the womb for 8 months. She shouldn't get a ticket anyway...
