I want to make my own buttons with pictures and logos from bands to put on my back pack, how do I go about doing this? WHat do I need and where do I get the materials, any sites would be helpfull.

Actually this is really easy. If you go to Michael's, AC Moore or Hobby Lobby, they have button kits you can buy. They are nothing more than a front (clear), a metal back, and a spring-loaded pin. You put whatever you want underneath the clear cover, snap the back in, and pop in the pin. Really simple. Online, you could look for button kits. Wal-Mart might even sell them. Have fun!

you can go to any craft store and buy clear buttons, you just slip the picture in and pin it on whatever you want. i've done this before and they work great, i did it a few years ago and the buttons have held up just fine. i think what i bought might have been called "make you own buttons kit" but i'm not positive. good luck!
