depends on who you talk to most studies of chupacabra have found that the "victims" where not mutalated by an animal with razor sharp fangs or any thing of that sort. they were merely being infested by differant kinds of bugs. really. but if you ask fox mulder chupacabra is a fungus from an alien planet that turns you into a killing machine. :)

After being on the Border Mission with the National guard we didn't see him in Sierra Blanca Tx. but had reports down in harlengin and matamoros.

no there is little to no evidence what so ever, and such a species of animal could not avoid humans that some how know about its existence even though weve never seen it before, lack of evidence doesnt prove whether it exists or not though, but its just like the lochness, theres little to no ACTUAL evidence
you cant tell me its avoided us with our thermal technology and billions of people,
animals die in all sorts of ways, but that doesnt mean that the one time something odd happens to something its suddenly a mythical creature!
