I saw vitamin drops at the petstore and one of the pets listed on it was rats, but I couldn't find any information about if they need them.
Also, is parsley okay to feed them or is it bad for them? I always have some for my guinea pigs and rabbit, but I don't know if it is safe for my rats so I haven't given them any.

no because they do perfectly fine in the wild or in the streets but if you want it to be healthy put a few drops in its meal here and there

If you are feeding your rats good quality lab blocks, there is no need for supplementation. Parsley isn't on any "don't feed" lists that I've come across for rats, so I don't think it would be a problem. Just make sure to do it in moderation-- too many greens will give them diarrhea.

They do not need to have any extra vitamins added to their diet if you are feeding them blocks. As for parsley...if they eat it, that's OK in small amounts. I used to offer my rats a variety of fruits and veggies as well as different treats, especially when training them. One of my guys loved french fries and that was his treat when he had a hard day at work.

if you are feeding them lab blocks then they should be getting all the vitamins that they need.
