It is really upbeat and I hear it on Oldies and Jazz radio stations. Anyone would recognize it. It isn't "Take Five," but it features a saxaphone. There is a drumbeat that sounds really modern and it changes pace with a piano every once in a while. Does anyone have an idea of what it is called? Im dying to find out. Again, it is NOT "Take Five"

Paul Desmond was the sax player on Take Five. He recorded his own similar song called Take Ten. Maybe Take Ten is the song you heard.
