this should have been in with your other question.
you say in there that you have 30gb left, but 18 gb of files (i think) this would make 48gb + whatever is in the recycle bin.
a 60gb drive will not be 60gb once formatted, if this is shop bought/laptop, you may have a smaller hidden partition containing all the info you need should you ever wish to take the pc back to how it was when you bought it.
usually, windows will not let you delete system files (the important ones) but sometimes a file you delete could be linked to another prog and the problem will not show straight away, could be weeks before you use that certian prog again.
only ever use the progs uninstall or add/remove progs....you may miss the odd file but at least you will not delete anything important.

I read this 3 times and am still not sure what you are asking! If spybot has found anything, make sure it is quarantined. if you are wanting to delete programs just go ahead, if you have stuff in the recycle bin it is still on your pc , empty it,
I would run ad-aware as well as spybot . Ccleaner does not remove spyware or viruses, it only removes old/unused/temp internet files. It is good for doing a registry check and removes the cra* from there.

I'm a bit confused also. The way I'm reading it is that you just deleted old programs that you didn't use.If this is the case go to add and remove programs in your control panel and remove them that way.
If they're in your recycle bin just restore them first then remove them using add/remove.
