I had some really good answers last time I asked this, but need some more questions to ask at interviews. Trying to really understand people's character, how they fit in with our team, how well they work with / like kids, organizational and leadership capabilities, etc.
Thanks!!!!!

Ask them (randomly of course) if they wouldn't mind dressing as an M&M candy. It gets people laughing and puts them more at ease. However, if they become too relaxed, you know that they would be a slacker on the job. It's a good way to weed out the bad ones. Good luck!

well. research your criteria first then come up with the questions. Keep in mind the WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, WHY AND HOW? those are the basics. But don't ask questions that can be answered with a simple yes or no. Ask questions that requires them to explain and detail their answers.
