She appeals to middle white America, so corny but she has a huge market. And the bigger your market, the more money you earn. She sells everything that has to do w/ home decor, cooking and entertaining.

well she started out as a stockbroker and did very well in it. then she was a housewife for a while where she started cooking and created a few little things. the little things grew interest and she decided to pursue it full time. she wrote books on cooking crafts gardening. and the business took off she further branched out into making the products. she also did her own stock buying , which she got in trouble for inside trading. here is more info.
