Not in moderation. A beer while lounging on the couch watching American Idol. Fine. Three cocktails watching CSI. Not fine. A glass of wine watching Pimp My Ride. Fine. Four shots watching Extreme Makeover. Not fine.

well it depends on why you are drinkin alone........i do sometimes cause my room mates dont really drink and i dont want to spend all that much at the bar.....and plus i can get really really trashed at home and know that im not goin to get kicked out for beenin drunk

No it is actually very relaxing just like many other activities that one does alone (and anyone who tells you different is ridiculous b/c they wouldn't say that if you were shopping or reading alone)
