The fact that you are black and a lesbian shouldn't make any difference. FYI, Joan Jett is a lesbian guitar player who plays solo but started as lead vocals and guitar for the group The Runaways. The drum player for Courtney Love's band Hole is also gay. I'm sure there are many others but I can't think of them off the top of my head. Do a yahoo search on the web.

well that is a really specific combination. I don't know any other black, lesbian, punk rock guitar player, but I'm sure there are plenty of women that would appreciate the mix.

No you're not.......I am slowly coming out and I have unique exotic tattoos, I rock electric blue twists, I love rock and acid jazz, I'm a visual artist , and I play the drums like nobodys business. Even though people are drawn to me I feel alone sometimes too because I am so unique and different that I hardly fit in anywhere.

No im sure u r not. Actually i know u arent. I had a friend in college who was the lead in an alternative band and she was black and a lesbian. While they may be few & far between, you definitely arent alone!

I know a lot of sistahs in the life who a re punk rockers for life :)!!!! I actually like the Clash and Echo and the Bunnymen (so besides being gay we like the same type of music) I live in the biggest city in America and believe, you, me I have met my share of punk rockers of color! By the way I have a favorite rock vocalist--She is black and she is from Philly her name is Res and I think she is the bomb--check her out!!!!!!!!!

You might be and you might not be. I'm sure there are other black female punk rockers, other lesbian punk rockers, but off the top of my head I can't think of one that embodies all your qualities...but I could be wrong.
