I'm so sorry. Our four legged babies are part of the family. I would go to the pet section on this site. I'm sure you will get lots of responses. Don't worry too much about finding the perfect words, a simple thank you goes a long way.

How about just from the heart. Tell the vet how much you appreciate how much they did. It means more from the heart then from someone else's words.
