I read the whole book, but then find out I have to find quotes from Atticus (or quotes from others about him, or simply his actions) which communicate wisdom in some way. and then tell how he is displaying wisdom.

so far I have..

“You never really understand a person until you consider life from his point of view…until you climb into his skin and walk around in it”

"I wanted you to see what real courage is, instead of getting the idea that courage is a man with a gun in his hand. It's when you know you will be licked before you begin but you begin anyway and you see through it no matter what. You rarely win, but sometimes you do."

"They're certainly entitled to think that, and they're entitled to full respect for their opinions, but before I can live with other folks I've got to live with myself. The one thing that doesn't abide by majority rule is a person's conscience."

and the action of him reading to his kids every night.

any others.. i need about ten.

"There's a lot of ugly things in this world, son. I wish I could keep 'em all away from you. That's never possible."

"He can do plenty of things... He can make somebody's will so airtight you can't break it. You count your blessings and stop complaining, both of you. Thank your stars he has the sense to act his age." Said by Miss Maudie Atkinson

"Now gentlemen, in this country our courts are the great levelers, and in our courts all men are created equal. I'm no idealist to believe firmly in the integrity of our courts and of our jury system. That's no ideal to me. That is a living, working reality. Now I am confident that you gentlemen will review without passion the evidence that you have heard, come to a decision, and restore this man to his family. In the name of God, do your duty. In the name of God, believe Tom Robinson. "

" “When they finally saw him, why he hadn’t doneany of those things . . . Atticus, he was real nice. . . .” His hands were under my chin, pulling up the cover, tucking it around me. “Most people are, Scout, when you finally see them.” He turned out the light and went into Jem’s room. He would be there all night, and he would be there when Jem waked up in the morning "
:)

another thing would be he's reallly frank with his kids. you no the part where scout asks him if they are poor and he tells her straight out "we are indeed".

he also bothers to explain things to scout instead of letting her find out for herself.

he treats everyone equal... his kids, tom robinson... you could choose not to use that point cause if you remember later on in the book during the court room scene, scout and dill go outside and dill drinks from mr raymonds sack ... yeah somewhrer around ther is a thing on "somehow, i dont think atticus would like it if we became friendly with mr raymond, ..." yeah that part kinda hints that he doesnt always show equality...

good luck oh and please recheck my quotes and spellings.
