Just tell her plainly that you think you may have an infection. There's no need to be embarrassed. Pretty much every woman I know has had an infection of some kind at one point, so it's really no big deal. You should definitely get treatment though. It's not safe or healthy to let an infection of any type go untreated.
BTW - vaseline is not an appropriate treatment for an infection.

Ask her if she has the time for some mother daughter talk.
Be honest and explain to her exactly what is happening with your body. It could be nothing more than you staying in the bubble bath for to long. That could cause an irritation.
Talk to her as soon as possible. YOu may need to go to a doctor.

you need to see a doctor asap. Infections of the vagina, uterus bladder etc, are serious, you may have clamidia or an std. they can lead to infertility if not treated, so sort it out at once. your mother will be delighted you confide in her,if you cant then tell her you want her to make an appointment for you with your family doctor. Dont delay with this. It is important for your health to sort out as soon as possible.

YES it could be very serious and even cause you to become sterile if you leave it untreated. Your mom is a woman who has probably experienced the exact same thing, so you should not be embarrassed by a perfectly normal thing.

You need to tell your mother and see a doctor ASAP. Things will only get worse if you leave it.
I know its embarrassing but remember your mother probably was the same telling her mother things like that. She will respect you more by keeping her informed. Shes your mother, she wont care.. she just wants you to be ok.

it happens to a lot of girls. your mom should understand and she would most likely know what to do and what to buy for you or whether you need to go to the doctor. i think it would be less embarassing than going to the store and buying stuff yourself
&& if you wear scented tampons
that could also be an issue
