There are male prostitutes, although I believe the majority of the customers of male prostitutes are men themselves.
Look up 'gigolo' for what I think is the most common variety of male prostitute serving women.
Think about it this way: A woman who simply wants sex, nothing more, will have a large number of guys willing to do it for free.
