Me and the boyfriend only get to do it on the weekend and when we do we do it long and hard like four times a day. I would maybe ask if she's being honest about first of all coming and second of all being sore this seems more like fiction then fact. Cause I don't get sore till halfway through Sunday

Women get sensitive after an orgasm just like men. Try getting some lubricant or making her climax before intercourse. (not vaginally) However, 30 minutes is not quickly and it could be that she is just getting bored... faking it and telling you she's sore because she is sick of having sex when it doesn't really feel very good.

Use some lube (or more of it). I believe it is common to "dry" up after orgasm. (I do anyway.)
