Is it a good book?

I am reading this book with my class. It is a sad, hard book. But it shows how people put their faith in God through the rough times and good came out of it. I am not very far in the book, but I know it is sad and really makes you think.

This is a wonderful book and there is a sequel as well. To me it is as powerful for the perspective from a "rescuers" side as the Diary of Anne Frank is from the hidden side.

Absolutely! It's intense, but exciting; sad, but inspiring! Corrie Ten Boom has an amazing testimony. This book is a must read!

It is a very good book about bravery in the midst of adversity.
