I need help on how to do this problem.

Thanks

if 35% of an x amount of ppl is 910 your equation would read:

.35x=910 (35% written as a decimel is .35), (of always means multiply)

910/.35=2600

2600 ppl experienced the treatment

You take 910 divided by 0.35(which is 35%). This will give you a group of 2600 who participated. You can check this by taking 2600 times 35%(0.35) and getting 910.
