I wish I knew the answer to that. Unfortunately, I ask myself that question often.

Because sometimes we just pick sucky perspectives. Really and truly, you need to use power thinking to get through life. I recommend watching the movie "The Secret." It changed my life. Haven't been depressed in ...5 months now! I wish the best for you. P.S. I'm not talking about wearing rose colored glasses and pretending everything is perfect, that's "positive thinking". Power thinking is realizing that everything is neutral, but since we have the imagination and ability to create a perspective which helps us get what we want and need, then, why not?

Life can sometimes really suck! I think the reason it does is so we can learn a lesson from what has happened!

That's life, sometimes it sucks and sometimes it is amazing but we notice the quality of our life more when it sucks.

I believe thats a personal problem. Why do you make your life suck? Do you make poor choices? lifes not fair, i've been told that my whole life. All you can do is hit rock bottom, And bounce back to the top. Keep your chin up.

Cause that's the way it is. Can't learn without going through some trials first.
Also..God knows what is best for us even though we may not agree. Believe it or not he has our best interest in mind.
