If you are looking for some of the more expensive items listed on that slideshow, I would look at stores such as Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdales, and Barney's New York and Co-Op.
Also, what about Urban Outfitters, Ralph Lauren, Brooks Brothers, Burberry, Armani Exchange, Banana Republic, or Lacoste? And as others have mentioned stores like Abercrombie & Fitch, American Eagle, and Hollister are very popular for teens, though I don't think they have quite the style that you're looking for.

You've got good taste, and you are precocious. The gap is in your still boy-like size versus your grown up aspiration. The boys department at Macy's or Nordstroms may be able to help you, perhaps Calvin Klein has clothing running in your size? Also A/X might have smaller sizes available. You could always ask for them to special order something in your size. Other than that, keep the looks in mind, and keep a sharp eye out at Target. I'm not sure about Club Monaco or Banana Republic.

Also, this sounds kind of wierd, but check out all the clothing at American Apparel, not just what's in the men's section (some of the clothes are so gender neutral, one wonders why they bother to make the distinction). Same thing for the white jeans - you may have to cross the aisle to find those in your size. But don't tell anybody where you go it. I hope this doesn't give you a complex. . .

Another option, buy stuff, and have it taken in by a tailor, or someone who can sew.

Wal-Mart is always good, but I also recommend Kohl's, Buckle, and American Eagle. I'm personally a big fan of Hot Topic but their clothes may be a bit dark for you.
