before you upload songs for people to listne to you should ensure they are not copyrighted or you will find your self in deep do do. I can give you web hosting, you just need your domain name, but I do not allow illegal content on my servers.

Need to learn HTML first. Trying to get a website up with no acknowledge is kinda hard id say.
