I was listening to a popular call-in talk show on the radio last night, and a guest said that he had inside info that Bush is out of control, drinking Jack Daniels and wreaking havoc around the white house-so much so that Laura is doing all she can to avoid him. What I'd like to know is Who's running the country?

It is very probable as he has had problem with alcohol and cocaine in the past.
He could have had a relapse
It is easy to get information of the web to prove that he has had these problems in the past
