Not all, but too many do.
The problem comes with the fact that many black political leaders think that they can best serve their "race's" interests by delivering their vote to only one party. They seem to think that if the race's votes were split between the two parties it would dilute the power of their race. Therefore it is in their interest to paint the opposition party (Republicans) as being against the interests of their race, and any Black that sides with the republicans is a traitor.
The problem with the system is it will eventually fail. Eventually racial problems will decline to the point that many black voters will choose how they vote for other reasons besides only race. This has already happened for many Blacks in America, but not enough. Somehow many black voters don't see the inconsistency with the stereotype that they were told (by some black politicians) that republicans are racists and that all three three of the most powerful blacks to hold office in the USA in the last 40 years were appointed by Republicans not Democrats (Rice, Powell and Thomas).

I will take a shot at this one. Because she has become an intelligent, successful, powerful, single, black woman. She is a genius who has earned a spot as one of the most prestigious HUMANS on the face of the planet.
Blacks like Condi, Colin, Bill Cosby, have become successful through hard work and pride. And by doing that have proved to all the poor, oppressed, black folk that it can be done.
More importantly, each successful, intelligent, black person that earns positive distinction, takes away the "excuses" that most in the black community hide behind.
There will come a time where blacks will not be able to play the race card, and people like those above are bringing that time nearer and faster than most blacks want.
Think about it people. If you could blame every failure that you have ever had, or just the plain lack of self control, self discipline, or intelligence on the white man. And get away with it, why wouldn't you? Those "burdens on society" in the black community hate Condi and the likes of her because she takes that "trump card" away from you.

Because, as a minority male, I know that they are used to being fed by "THE MAN" (Democrats) who pledge them everything for a vote. Yet minorities still lag in education, income, health, and just about every other indicator you wish. You would think by now they would be out of poverty with all that's been given to them.
But I digress. Minorities will knock anyone who has made it on their own without government help or handout. I see it everyday.

Not just blacks. Everyone all over the world hates CR, and everyone else in the Bush administration (except for Israel and Poland, who don't count).
Do Americans realise just how much their current leaders are universally loathed and despised outside the US? Bill Clinton was adored in Europe (so charming!); Bush is actually hated.

I don't know where you get your info that Condi, is "hated"
by Black Americans.
Condi, is a very conservative, ingelligent, republican and this
is what is questioned......some of the Blacks resent that she
is not a liberal as themselves, but I'm sure they do have much
pride in her......The Dr. has worked very hard and earned her
political title.....Secretary of State.....

They dislike her for the exact same reasons that most Americans and people "all over the world" dislike her.
Or they supposed to like her (just because she is black)? Are white people supposed to like George W. Bush because he is white? If that is the case, I need to reconsider all of my political positions.
