Gaborik would have more goals that Rolston. He is only 3 goals behind as it is and has played 31 fewer games. Since Gaborik's Shooting % is 15.8 and Rolston's is 10.5. I would say he would have at least another 20 goals.

Marian Gaborik is averaging 0.67 goals a game this season, whereas Brain Rolston is averaging 0.42 goals a game this season, and league leader Vincent Lecavalier is averaging 0.64 goals a game. Minnesota has played 76 games this season, as has Tampa Bay. Now, Lecavalier has played in every game for Tampa this season, scoring a league best 49 goals so far. Gaborik, on the other hand, has 28 goals in just 42 games this season for Minny, 3 short of team leader Brian Rolston. At the pace that he has set this season, if Gaborik had played every game thus far this year, he would lead the league with 51 goals, which would be a whole 20 goals more than teammate Brian Rolston. Therefore, at current goal a game numbers, Gaborik would have more goals than Rolston if he had played every game this year, and would actually lead the league in that category.

Gaborik would DEFINITELY have more goals. Gaborik would actually be leading the league... If you go by his goals per game, and the fact that if healthy he could have played 77 games so far... He'd have 50. Rolston has played 74 games and only has 31, which is only 3 more than Gaborik has with only 43 games played. Gaborik could end up scoring more total anyway.

Ifs don't mean anything. Durability is a quality of a hockey player, and I see it as one of the reasons Gretz was so good. Sure, Mario could have had more points IF he'd stayed healthy maybe... But he didn't, and you can't consider him the best because of it... Gotta go with the hard facts, not the what ifs...

Europenas hate playing 82 games. And they tank it in the playoffs. Forsberg is one exception. Gaborik is a softy. He won't last 5 more years.

If? The game is played on ice, not ifs...If I were 4 feet high and if I were 6 feet wide I would be the greatest goalie..
