i did the link together with all thing i went to the screen but where do i get the ticket to deoxys?

um i tried that it says ther is only one way and other things say you have to go beat the elite four again but i need to confirm before i go wasting time

I know what you have to do but i can't explain it. But If you go on www.serebii.net scroll down until you see video games(on the left side) then click on Pokemon firered/leafgreen and click on deoxys factor of something like that and it show you how to get it.
