Grab the audience's attention with your introduction. Sometimes asking a question at the start will do that. If I knew your subject, I might have a suggestion. You need to engage your reader and make them want to read your story. Act as though you are the reader and know nothing about the subject you are getting ready to read about. The conclusion should wrap it up but also make the reader glad they spent the time to read your story. good luck

I agree with Blue-eye, you want to open with something that catches the reader's attention. A question, interesting quote, or unusual fact can make a strong introduction.

Your conclusion should be a summary of the 3 main points in the paper. A strong summary will leave the reader 'thinking' about the subject in the paper. Again, the use of a relevant quote or asking 'the next question' about the subject/issues discussed in your paper can do this.

Best wishes and good luck.
