you need to tell him to quit touching you. Since you haven't already he's thinking you want him to touch you. You're sending him mixed signals by not telling him to stop. If you don't, it could become more severe- such as him trying to touch you other places or trying to kiss you. Or worse, his feelings and pride getting hurt.

tell him straight that you are not comfrotable..and please do NOT show any signs that what he's doing is okay with you the more you show it's okay the more he will do it and even try the extra mile by doing much worst like kissing you or something. tell him the ost used line you just want to be friends ans he has the choice if he doesnt stop then you will stop being his friend.

hay, as far as u don't like his.. just dont give yourself a second thought. just tell him that you dont like him touching you and you dint like him either. so ask him to maintain distance.. just be straight with these things and everything will be perfectly fine.
