Your Isp is the company who provides you with your ip and your internet service. What i think you are really trying to ask is how you change ur ip. Here is a helpful tip

Start>Run>type cmd press enter>ipconfig/release

after it initiates the command tyep ipconfig/renew this may work for some isp's but not many

if you have a dynamic IP just unplugging the modem for awhile should give you a new ip, if you have static ip call your isp and they will change it

if you mean change your IP address. you just need to log off the net and then log back on and your IP address will have changed.
