between 95 and 110 BPM for the last 10 years, now lately it has gone up to a 125 average, during a resting state, her husband is freaking out saying it's too high, is it so high we should all be concerned for her? Is she at risk for a heart attack or other problems? If so what can we do to lower it naturally, as in no drugs?

60-100 is normal although 100 is borderline tachycardia, she could possibly be in atrial fib with RVR (rapid ventricular rate), she should get this checked out asap, a normal BP has changed to UNDER 120/80 now, 120/80 is borderline high, I am an ICU nurse and although she may be in a normal sinus rhythm (regular rate) she should get checked out, if she is in atrial fib she is not only at risk for heart attack but also a stroke, please have her go and have some tests done for it is better to be safe than sorry and there are medications that help like cardizem, coreg, amioderone etc. also with a rpapid rate the body dont perfuse like it should and puts her at risk for all sorts of other problems due to lack of blood supply to the organs
