I overheard some women that were checking me out, and one of them said, "he's too skinny".

I wanted to flipper off, but I didn't.

Hey. I'm 6'3" 168LBS. I look normal. True I am a bit more skinny than I would care to be. I do have a good frame and build. Once I asked a really good looking fitness expert if I looked to skinny. She told me that I looked good and I shouldn't worry about feeling to skinny. In my opinion you are at an excellent weight for your height. Just try to stay fit. If you feel that you need to gain a few pounds, take a look at this site.

I'd say its a bit thin but depending on your age it could be just fine. Eat well and exercise 2 or 3 times a week. If you know that you are taking care of yourself, someone or many someones will find you attractive and most of all you will feel good. It doesn't matter what that lady thinks.

This link provides instructions to figure out what your ideal weight should be. It said that a man at exactly 5' should way about 106 lbs. for every additional inch above 5' you should add 6 lbs.

It depends on how your weight is distributed. My husband is about 5 ft 8, and weighs between 180-185. The way he's built, he doesn't look chubby at all, even though he sounds that way by his stats.

By boyfriend was exactly that weight at 6 feet, i mean honestly he was skinny, but with muscle at the same time. He gained some weight this year, and i really love how he looks with weight, it wouldn't hurt if you gained some, but it's not super skinny. Hope that makes sense

I think it is a bit on the light side. In my openion if a man is 6ft, I think he should weigh around 200lbs. But also take into consideration that whats right for you is not right for everyone.

To each its own. I personnally like a tall man over 200 +. I need a man that can compliment me. I'm a plus size, so you may not value my opinion.
