I bought a Bissel Flip-it - hard floor™ for $72 I figured cheap and looks like it does an affective job. I take it home... HORRIBLE I mean it's ok if you have an extremely clean house and you dont have children that track dirt and other things into the house; this was a horrible excuse for a house hold cleaner.
What can I purchase at a reasonable price, that will mop and vaccum my hard floors ( tile and wood floors ) effectivley?

I don't know from experience, but I recently saw a commercial for Swifter that has a product that does both. I would check out their website or see if you can find reviews on the product.
