I bully bullies. I'm a nice guy but can get very rude to people that bully others.

You are tottally true. My daughter is teased and made fun of in school everyday. She stands up for herself and they go away but then come back the next day. I have talked to the principal and these kids have been suspended before but the principal doesnt do anything .I have day dreams that I am strangling them and laughing at the same time. lol

No. Deep down, bullies are sad, pathetic creatures that need to put down the more vulnerable to feel that they matter at all.
