Hello,
I had the implant put in a few months ago now it seems my hair is falling out.
Please help is this normal? has anyone else suffered from this side effect if so what did they do ?

I am on Implanon. My hair breaks alot easier than before but it does not seem to be a real problem. If you are concerened honey go down the Dr, it might be something else...

I've hand the implanon contraceptive now for nearly three years. I haven't had any major problems with it. When i first got it in i never had a period for 8 months. i went from 8 st 6 up to 9 st 12, from then on i had a period every 2-3 wks. Thats the only thing that has happened with me, but everyone is different. If your still concerned go se your G.P and he/she will talk to you about your concerns
