Nothings wrong with your MTU, xbox is doing service right now on xbox live and should be back up shortly. Don't freak out, mine says that too. Should be back up real soon since it was supppose to be up at 5 (east coast) but I'm still waiting to play Halo.

Don't worry, I don't think anything is wrong with your xbox. That's happening to everybody who is trying to go on xbox live. It happened to me to. Right now xbox is temporally out of order due to maintenance issues or something. I tried to go to their website but thats not working to.
