I need to create a plant and put some features on the leaves, stem and root, nd that plant is suppose 2 stay alive in a place that has almost no rain and their predators are insects and also they live in a area that has poor nutrients soil.
So can any of you tell me some features to put on the stem, leaves and roots

How about a tough outer surface for the leaves to minimize transpiration loss and resist insect attacks? You should be able to think of many others.

The type of plant you described is very much like a cactus. It would have lots of long roots that covered a large area. It would also be rather hard, as the cells would be turgid because it would have to store water. I also don't think it would have leaves and it would probably just be a stem, with no head, like a cactus!
