There is a teen store called I think it was umm......damn! I can't remember. Umm......it is called Dreamteen or something like that google it and maybe you'll find a cute dress. They have tons of cute things there. Good Luck!

I can make the dress for you with your budget but I think you are too far from my area. Look for a local seamstress and have you dress pick up.

try Suzie Sheers its got dresses for like 30 dollars that are even prettier i got one there that was 20 bucks and its sooo nice and ti saw in a desgners store for like 140$

I would try something like JC Penny or DEB because they have really cute dresses, and most of them are under $100.
