Ever been for a job interview and they interview you in reception which looks clean & tidy but when you start the job the factory looks like a sh** hole and not what you thought the company would be like.

Due to the volume on applications they dont want to show you around due to "time factor" problems

Well the answer is, if you go for an interview and they dont offer to show you around- when you get to the "any questions" bit at the end ask if you could see where you would be working. Even security issues in a bank can be overcome with supervison. Its not like they never have to have anyone at all pass throguh the magic door :)

Not a factory but I've interviewed for a couple of places where they didn't show me around and one place where they were still moving in so we were using one of the only tables and chairs in the office, the rest was full of furniture and boxes.
