It's hard to buy shirts, suit jackes and long sleeved dresses, because my arms are so big. Do you think wrapping them in Saran Wrap will help?

go walking or take up yoga. drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water per day. i don't know anything about the saran wrap thing... i've heard of people wearing sweat suits when they work out and i'm sure they do help to some degree... they're specially made to breathe and saran wrap probably isn't. if your skin can't breathe, you're inviting other problems such as rashes and blemishes.

when you exercise and lose weight, your weight begins to drop from your extremities... so your arms should be one of the first things to get thinner.

good luck.

Unfortunately, you can't target weight loss for certain areas of the body. If you try to lose weight, it'll be all over, not just your arm. Targeting exercising for your arms will tone them, but not make them appear smaller. The best thing you can do is just eat well, smaller portions and lots of cardio work outs. Twice a week, try to lift weights with your arms to tone the area so that when you do lose the weight, they'll look awesome.

Well, you can wrap them in Saran Wrap, but that may be uncomfortable and even a little noisy. And its fine for winter, but in summer, you don't want to wear long sleeved shirts to hide the wrapping. Also, if your arms are stocky, it will push all the extra skin/flab to the ends of the Saran Wrap and make a bigger bulge there. I would suggest lifting weights to get them toned! :)

Lifting weights, doing push ups and any kind of arm exercise should tone your arms up.

Weight lifting tones them down, before building them up with muscles. You can try that.

If they are big like flabby big, you need to lift weights. If they are big like muscular big, there is nothing you can do.
