Unless there are infections or diseases with either the receiver or giver, it's perfectly healthy and okay. It's always good to wash down there afterwards, but otherwise, there shouldn't be any problems.

yes its fine as long as there are no soars on the giver's mouth.... another down side is that oral can push bacteria up into the urethra and can give you an infection.... but its not that bad, and its not extremely likely.

if you know where your partner has been and everything is alright with the std's and such then it is DEFINETLY not a bad thing!!
