Would this be iambic pentameter "The prince bends the rules for a montague" if not does anyone have an original title for an article about romeos excile in iambic pentameter.

No. Iambic pentameter is sing-song. Unstressed syllable followed by stressed syllable followed by unstressed followed by stressed, etc. You got the pentameter right but not the iambus.
PS: This is the poetry of Shakespeare so Google some play like Hamlet and you'll get a better idea.
