if you're being serious, then you should know that you are more likely under-weight, than over-weight. Eat some protein and gain some muscle... 104lbs at 5'4-5'6 is very thin.
Stop worrying about how you are perceived, and concentrate more about how you feel... if you have energy & eat healthy, then don't stress about how you look in comparison to other people...
Good Luck!

You probroly are not fat. Alot of people I know are average and they think they are the fatest people ever! Anyway... in alot of mag. it will show you clothes that will slim down a butt, chest, arms, legs ect. You dont have to sweat to loose weight either. But please, do not use weight loss pills! it will do you no good. Just think before you eat ALOT of junk, which always helps me. Say to your self 'Am i full? Is this really going to make me feel better in the long run?' You dont need strong exercise, but during comercials, it wouldnt hurt to do a few situps or maybe some jumping jacks

There is no way you are fat! 104 lbs. is actually very slim for 5'4 - 5'6!! My advice: love your body. You don't need to loose weight at all! Be who you are; that's most important.
Hope I helped! :D

I am the same way. I am 5'5 and weigh 106. I would not say I am fat at all, and neither are you. I work out (run, jog, lift small weights, etc.) everyday to ensure that I stay in great shape. That is how I keep the weight off!

The correct weight for your height is actually in the 120s, don't even think about dieting. I mean it. You're small enough, weighing any less could be even more unhealthy than being overweight.

first of all, it depends if you're big boned or not, if you are you may way more even if you don't have very much fat. second, 5'4-5'6 is not very tall. third, i'm 5'3 and 125 and i don't think i'm fat. so to me you sound very small.

Doesn't sound like you are fat nor does it sound like you need to lose weight, in fact a few more pounds wouldn't hurt you, especially if you are active
