My interpretation of this quote is that you are born and you will die and the amount of time between those two events is fixed thus the amount of time available to you cannot be changed and all that is important is how you spend it.

This Quote means that whatever amount of time God has allotted for you never diminishes or increases.

However, due to certain technologies like guns and other powerful weapons, this can somewhat be modified!

It's what you do with the time that matters, not the amount of time. There's also a saying: everyone gets the same number of hours in a day.

I have no idea, but I certainly don't agree with it. Half the time I don't have enough, the other half I have too much. The actual time amounts are always changing.

you always have the same amount of time. time does not speed up or slow down. it is constant therefore you always have the same amount of time available to you. it is up to you whether things are rushed or they feel as if they are moving slowly.

it means that you don't know when your time on earth is going to end. the time given to you cannot change. it also implies that instead of trying to make more time, do the most and the best with the time that is given to you.
