All your symptoms are completely normal when you first start the pill. Spotting (the bleeding), nausea, and vaginal discharge are all common side effects of changed estrogen and progestin levels.
If you can cope with them, they'll usually get *much* better, and pretty quickly. Most docs want you to stay on the pill for at least 2 months to give your body time to acclimatize... but if you absolutely can't tolerate the side effects, call up your doc: a different formulation may work better for you.

Welcome to the lovey world of birth control, I am going through the same exact symptoms right now due to just switching the pill I had been taken. Nausea is a big symptom, I have been taking Malox to subside it, discharge is normal and unfortunate. Give it 3 months and if the symptoms persist talk to your Doctor and get a new pill the hormones in your current pill could be to high for your body. Also make sure you take your pill at the same time everyday very important. Good Luck

Maybe you have an alergic reaction to the pill... ask your doctor about it... there are many other types of birthcontrols.. such as a condom, female condom, patch, ring, diaphragm, spermacides, depo shots (it lasts up to three months, then you go get another shot), sponge, and if you combined some together such as the condom and the spermacides you have a better chance of not gettin pregnant anyway. or you could just do "natural family planning" just know which days you are not fertile and have sex only on those days.. there are many different options.. just try a different one.

Normal Normal and Normal. Since you just started the birth control they recommend you trying it for at least 2 FULL cycles. The side effects should alleviate themself.

Read the instructions. Spotting and feeling sick are normal when you first start.
