I have a HP OfficeJet 6300 series all in one printer, scanner, copier,fax. not working at all, help?

Everything is plugged in its just not working,it will turn on then turn off immediately..Anyone have this problem?please help thanks

have you installed the drivers?

NOTE: SOME printers REQUIRE that you install the drivers\software BEFORE you even plug in or turn on the printer! Be SURE to read the install instrucitons CAREFULLY
