Yes, it is possible. We all have two markers for blood type. The possibilities are: AA, BB, AO, BO, AB and OO. The only way to be an O blood type is to be an OO. Everything else will show up as A, B or AB. O is recessive, so it "hides" behind the other marker.
In this case, the woman is an AO and the husband is a BO. O is recessive, so the only way to have a child with O blood type is if both people have a recessive O (so it could not happen with a BB or an AA). This would occur about 1/4 of the time between an AO and a BO, but there is a 1 out of 4 chance with every child. In other words, if those two had four children, all of them could be O's, or none of them, or anything between. The other possibilities for this couple are AO, BO, and AB.
As someone else said, this is all based on Mendel's law. I'll add the link to wikipedia below that talks about how this works.
At any rate, it is certainly possible. Of course, the absence of evidence is not evidence of absence, so just because we proved it's possible doesn't mean it actually happened that way. I don't know the people involved, and I don't know what they are capable of doing. Hopefully everything is "on the up and up."

The Type A woman can have the genotype AO because A is dominant to O.
The Type B man can have the genotype BO because the B is dominant to O.
If the child gets an O from Mom and an O from Dad, then the child is Type O.
It's entirely possible. In fact, we would expect 25% of their children to be Type O, 25% Type AB, 25% Type A, 25% Type B.

yes it is possible in rare case .the only confirm test of weather a child belongs to a couple is the paternity test done through dna matching of child and the couple
