If those are not cutting it and you wouldn't mind traveling a little Wisconsin Dell's has numerous Water Parks along with Amusement Parks for all ages and is just down right awesome for a weekend get away or I've known people to go on their honeymoon there too

Ladytee I live in PA but grew up in MD. Lakemont Park in Altoona has a lot of stuff for little kids, as does Sesame Place near Philly.
Of course there is Hershey Park as well, which is building a boardwalk to commemorate the 100th anniversary. They are also having fireworks every Saturday night in July.
Enjoy your summer, wherever you end up visiting!

I would take them to legoland. I'm not sure where they are all located but I took my kids to the one in San Diego ca and they had the best time b/c all of the rides are for little people. I think my oldest could ride everything and he's 6 and my little one who's 2 could ride everything except like 4 or 5 rides so it was fun. we timed it so my oldest did the big kid things when my youngest was napping so there were no problems.

Cedar Point in Sandusky Ohio has a section just for kids. They even have some of the bigger rides scaled down just for them. Just Google "Cedar Point Amusement Park" and you'll be there.

Sesame Place north of Philly is GREAT for this age group and much less expensive than something like Disney.
