It is episodes 128-134, but most of it is just flashbacks with Sasuke, but the fight you're referring to is the fight in the Valley of the End, where Naruto unleashes the One-Tailed Fox form, and Sasuke unleashes the Second Form of his Cursed Seal. These episodes are specifically episodes 132-134.

The fight begins in episode 130 and it's over in episode 136!

episodes 130-135....ya sasuke starts out kicking narutos butt....then naruto turns feral and starts to beat sasuke...then sasuke gets the third form of the sharingan and starts winning again...then naruto goes 1-tail using the kyuubi's chakra....then sasuke goes to level 2 seal....and then the fight ends after that...
so naruto was only beating sasuke 2 out of the 5 times lol.

Well it starts around 127 but then its sasuke's thoughts if you wanna watch tat, the fight ends in episode 134 when sasuke leaves, thinking that he won't be Itachi's puppet.
