My little girl has eczema and I have found that the Aveeno line is great for her. They have oatmeal bath that helps moisturize her in the tub as well as fragrance free wash and lotions that work great.
Here is their baby line:

Aveeno baby, all bath and lotions are great for dry sensitive skin,Ivory laundry soap or any soap with no added scent,be sure to use 100% cotton clothing, wash in hot/warm water and extra rinse all your baby clothing. Also be sure never to use any Downy products, they are the highest in allergy's for babies and adults, you also do not need to use any fabric softener at all for your baby's clothing. If your baby has dry spots on his/her face, elbows or knees a really good remedy is Vaseline right after the bath, this will help lock in the moisture.Good luck and hopefully this will help you.

I like Avenno lotion. There aren't as many fragrances.
Here are some tips on dry sensitive skin: not that you asked :)
1. Lotion after every bath. Baby oil clogs pores.
2. Bathe only 2-3 times a week for newborn.
3. Don't use wipes on newborn, use washcloth.
4. Dry patches? diaper rash ointments works great.
Best of lucK!!

Aveeno baby or anything that has oatmeal or 24 hour moisturization for newborns....that way the lotion will not come off after bathing.
I, too, would try Aveeno products for the bath or baby wash for overly sensitive skin....same goes for wipes....either Newborn or Pampers Sensitive.

I used Johnson and Johnson Soothing Naturals intense moisture cream for my baby. It was $3 at Wal-Mart. I also heard that Baby Aveno is good to.

Do not use Johnson and Johsnon, Baby Magic, Huggies, or any of that other chemical crap. Use either Jason, California Baby, Arbonne, or Burts Bees. Those are the best!!!!!
