The actual Owner called me a lier and cussed me...is there anyone I can contact about it even if he is the owner of the rest.?

consumer council, human rights commission, if u think u were nto at wrong, u can get lawyer and sue him for deformation of character...pliz go ahead and give a lesson to some people ther who think they r too good....

If it is a real chain then there must be a corporate office somewhere. Try to contact the director of operations or the franchise coordinator. You can even go to the president of the corporation. Don't be shy, they really do want to hear from their customers about anything that has to do with their franchisees.

If it is a franchise restaurant like Wendys you can go to their website and fill out a complaint form or find a toll free phone number. Just to a little research to find their website. Put in the restaurant name in the search line a few different ways until it comes up.

You don't need to contact anyone. If you are looking to get them punished, why bother? They already work with fast food. Their paycheck is punishment enough.
